Patient Care

Clinical Trials

At the James Cancer Hospital we are all committed to excellent patient care. For us, excellent patient care means not only providing state-of-art radiation therapy using all of the latest techniques and treatment modalities, but also providing clinical trial opportunities for as many patients as possible.

Clinical Trials are the major way that we as cancer researchers assess new treatments and bring innovative drugs, techniques, or technologies into the clinic. We all want a world were cancer doesn't shorten peoples lives or take away quality of life- and the way to get there is by rigorously studying new treatments in clinical trials. Therefore, we will discuss with you the available clinical trial options durin ghte consultation and we ask that you strongly consider participating if you feel the clinical trial is right for you.
